- Human technological progress often stems from exploring the unknown. In 1951, Ben and Elinore Carlin’s 50,000-mile amphibious journey inspired future amphibious transportation. With climate change increasing flood risks in Chengdu, amphibious vehicles are crucial for future transportation. The Atlantis, a magnetic-levitation, automated amphibious train, offers a clean, efficient solution and is set to lead both private and public transport.
